  • Power Cable

    Power Cable

Power cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution purpose. It is an assembly of one or more individually insulated electrical conductors, usually held together with an overall sheath. The assembly is used for transmission and distribution of electrical power. Electrical power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground and run overhead or exposed.……Including: rubber cable, welding cable, URD cable, XLPE insulated power calbe etc.

  • Bare Overhead Conductor

    Bare Overhead Conductor

Bare Overhead Conductors are used in overhead transmission and distribution network applications. They are also used for un-insulated hook ups, jumpers, grounding conductors and other applications. Our Conductors conform to ASTM, IEC, BS, BS EN and DIN standards.…… Including: AAC conductor, AAAC conductor, ACSR conductor, ACAR conductor, AACSR conductor, etc.

  • Aerial Bundled Cable

    Aerial Bundled Cable

Aerial bundled cables (also aerial bundled conductors or simply ABC) are overhead power lines using several insulated phase conductors bundled tightly together, usually with a bare neutral conductor. Our abc calbe conform to ASTM, IEC, SANS standards.……Including: abc cables, cvered line wire, service drop wire etc.

  • xlpe electrical cable

XLPE power cable because its electrical properties and heat resistance are good, transmission capacity of large, light structure, easy bending, fittings and simple, convenient installation and laying without drop height restrictions, especially no oil leakage and cause fire risk, so receive wide range of users, and continue to development the high-voltage, high voltage areas, showing a gradually replace the trend of oil paper cable.

    Cross linked polyethylene cable structure:

1- core; 2- cross linked polyethylene insulation; 3- semi conductive layer; 4- copper shield; 5- package; 6- outer sheath

Cross – linked polyethylene insulated wire and cable has improved the function of PVC insulated wire and cable. PVC insulated cables for a long time working temperature can up 70℃, and the long time of the cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire agreed to work temperature up to 90℃. At temperature 130℃ adhere to the flexibility state, the relative of the same cross-section of PVC insulated wire, it can improve the flow rate of about 25%. Thus, in practical application, the cross section of the cross – linked polyethylene insulated wire can replace the PVC insulated wire.

The proportion of XLPE insulation is 0.92g/cm3. And the proportion of PVC insulation is 1.35g/cm3. Because XLPE insulated inductive function than PVC insulation is strong, according to the national standard, cross-linked polyethylene insulation thickness is thinner than the polyvinyl chloride insulation, therefore, xlpe electrical cable than PVC insulated wire weight is light, diameter is smaller, device convenient laying, fittings simple, widely used.

Precisely because of the cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire has more advantages than PVC insulated cables. It has simple structure, light weight, good heat resistance, strong load capacity, no melting, chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and has been widely recognized by users.

Test voltage of DC voltage (kV) of xlpe electrical cables:

    Cable rated voltage:

    U0 / U: 1.8 / 3 / 6 3.6 6 / 6 6 / 10 8.7/10 21 / 35 26/35 48 / 66 64 / 110 127/220

    DC voltage test: 11 18 25 25 37 63 78 144 192 305

The requirements for the test results are:

    1) under the action of test voltage, 5min does not breakdown.

    2) the leakage current when the pressure 8min, is not greater than the leakage current of withstand voltage 1min.
