    Application:
     
    The cable is mainly used in power supply installation mortgage system, can be installed in the indoor or outdoor applications, can be installed on the cable duct, also can be buried, can be used in substation, power station, industrial area and other places without mechanical damage.
     
    Structure:
     
    Conductor:
     
    Copper conductor or aluminum conductor, multi circular or fanshaped, 2 class conductors, follow IEC 60228, EN, BS 60228, small size of the conductor is solid, 1 class conductors, follow IEC 60228, EN, BS 60228, but also according to customer needs.
     
    Insulation:
    XLPE insulation, thickness, follow IEC 60502, BS 5467, continuous operating temperature is 85°C.
     
    Core color:
    Wire core color (1):
    1 Core: red or black
    2 Core: red, black
    3 core: red, yellow, blue
    4 core: red, yellow, blue, black
    5 core: red, yellow, blue, black, green
    5 core or above: black wire core, white digital identification
     
    Wire core color (2):
    1 Core: brown or blue
    2 Core: Brown, blue
    3 core: Brown, black, gray
    4 core: blue, brown, black, gray
    5 core: green / yellow, blue, brown, black, gray
    5 core or above: black wire core, white digital identification
     
    Inner sheath:
    2, 3, 4 core cable, non hygroscopic material is filled lapping, with the extrusion PVC lining. Non-armoured cable, this layer can be omitted.
     
    Armour:
    The outer lining is aluminum wire, galvanized steel wire armour, according to IEC 60502 or BS 5467, BS 6346. Single core cables is aluminum wire armouring, multicore cable is aluminum / steel armoured, according to IEC 60502.
    The outer sheath is extruded PVC, ST2 class, IEC 60502-1, or 9 class, following 6346/5467. Some special kinds of PVC, such as flame retardant PVC, anti PVC, oil-proof PVC, and some special jacket materials, such as  HDPE, MDPE, LSF, LLDPE, CPE, BS, can be provided according to customer requirements.
     
    Jacket fire performance:
    Flame retardant PVC sheath cable, through 60332-3-22 IEC, 60332-3-23 IEC and 60332-3-24 IEC test for low smoke and non halogen cable, which can be tested by 60502-1 BS, IEC 7211, BS 6724 or other equivalent standards.
