    1, products based on GB/T12706-2002 national standards.
    2, at room temperature, the cable is subjected to AC 50Hz, 3.5kV voltage test for 5 minutes and can not breakdown.
    3, 20℃ conductor dc resistivity: copper conductor ≤0.017241Ωmm2/mo; aluminum core is less than 0.028Ωmm2/m.
    4, combustion performance (flame retardant cable) according to the GB/T18380-2001 standard to test.

    This product is suitable for the use of 0.6/1kV and below power distribution network or industrial device for fixed laying.
     
    Use features:
    1, this product is suitable for AC rated voltage 0.6/1kV (Uo/U) and the following transmission and distribution lines.
    2, the highest long-term working temperature of cable conductor: 70℃.
    3, armored cable bending radius should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.
    4, laying temperature should not be less than 0℃.
    5, at short circuit, the conductor's highest temperature should be no more than 160℃, duration time shall no more than 5 seconds.
     
    Armouring wire coating is divided into two categories: one class is the galvanized layer; the other is galvanized -5% aluminum – rare earth alloy coating. Daily production of steel wire is mostly galvanized layer.
     
    The coating weight of steel wire coating is divided into two groups: I group  and group II. The standard: the armored steel wire should give priority to the use of the following nominal size wire: 0.8 mm, 1.25 mm, 1.6 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.15mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm.
