    PVC insulation materials are mainly divided into two categories:
    Temperature resistance: 70 degree PVC, 90 degree PVC, 105 degree PVC
    Flame retardant: flame retardant PVC material, non flame retardant PVC material
     
    PVC insulated cable:
    PVC insulated cable wire products are divided into fixed wiring with non sheathed cable, fixed wiring with sheathed cable, light non sheathed soft cable, general purpose sheathed cable, wire and shielded wire, special purpose sheathed soft cable, PVC insulation flame retardant / fire resistant cable and other products.
     
    PVC jacket:
    PVC jacket is one kind of insulating material coated multi strand copper stranded conductors, through the high-tech automation equipment production line by the sheath material pressed into flat cables, have soft, optional bending fold, relatively thin thickness, small volume, simple connection, convenient disassembly, advantages. Can choose the number and spacing of the wire, making the line more convenient, greatly reducing the volume of products, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, suitable for electrical equipment for data transmission cable or power transmission.

    Lined with aluminum wire, galvanized steel wire armoring, according to the IEC 60502 or BS 5467, BS 6346 single core cable for aluminium wire armour, multicore cables for aluminum strip / steel tape armored, according to the IEC 60502.
    Outer sheath:
    The outer sheath is extruded PVC, ST2, 60502-1 IEC, or 9, following 6346/5467. PVC some special kinds of PVC, such as flame retardant PVC, anti PVC, anti PVC, HDPE, MDPE, LSF, LLDPE, CPE, BS, can be provided according to customer requirements.
     
    Jacket fire performance:
    PVC Cables with IEC 60332-3-22, IEC 60332-3-23 and IEC 60332-3-24 are tested for low smoke and non halogen cable, which can be tested by IEC 60502-1, BS 7211, BS 6724 or other equivalent standards.
