  • Power Cable

    Power Cable

Power cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution purpose. It is an assembly of one or more individually insulated electrical conductors, usually held together with an overall sheath. The assembly is used for transmission and distribution of electrical power. Electrical power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground and run overhead or exposed.……Including: rubber cable, welding cable, URD cable, XLPE insulated power calbe etc.

  • Bare Overhead Conductor

    Bare Overhead Conductor

Bare Overhead Conductors are used in overhead transmission and distribution network applications. They are also used for un-insulated hook ups, jumpers, grounding conductors and other applications. Our Conductors conform to ASTM, IEC, BS, BS EN and DIN standards.…… Including: AAC conductor, AAAC conductor, ACSR conductor, ACAR conductor, AACSR conductor, etc.

  • Aerial Bundled Cable

    Aerial Bundled Cable

Aerial bundled cables (also aerial bundled conductors or simply ABC) are overhead power lines using several insulated phase conductors bundled tightly together, usually with a bare neutral conductor. Our abc calbe conform to ASTM, IEC, SANS standards.……Including: abc cables, cvered line wire, service drop wire etc.

  • Armored fiber optic cable
The main function of the armored cable:

General jumper armor in inside has one layer of metal armor, make inside core protected and highly stressable tensile function, rodent infestation and so on.

Two classification of the armored cable:
1, according to the use of places to divide

    (1) indoor armored cable:

There are single and double armor armor (indoor cable). Single core indoor armored cable structure:

Tightly packaged fiber aramid (tensile), stainless steel hose (compressive, anti bending and anti rat bite), stainless steel woven wire (torsional), outer sheath (usually the use of PVC, according to the barrier effect, there are flame retardant PVC, LSZH, Teflon, silicone tube)

Single armored cable not containing stainless steel woven wire.
Double armor refers to the cable containing stainless steel hose and stainless steel wire.

Advantages: high tensile, high compression, anti mouse bite; have the resistance to improper torsion bending damage; construction is simple, save maintenance costs; to adapt to a variety of harsh environment and man-made damage.
Disadvantages: weight than ordinary cable weight. Price is higher than ordinary optical cable.

    (2) outdoor armored cable:

A light armor and Heavy Armor Division (outdoor cable).
Light armor has steel strip and aluminum strip, and the role is to strengthen the anti rodent bite. Heavy armor is a ring of steel wrapped outside, generally used for riverbed, submarine. On the market in general armored cable to cheaper than non armoured cable, usually steel, aluminium belt to be much cheaper than aramid (Kevlar is mainly used for special occasions).

2, according to metal Kay by material points
There are steel Kay and aluminum kay. Usually in the form of bolt type, with a layer of metal Kay to protect the fiber core can be bent, with high pressure resistance, the advantages of strong anti pull, can provide excellent optical cable protection and safety.
