Power cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution purpose. It is an assembly of one or more individually insulated electrical conductors, usually held together with an overall sheath. The assembly is used for transmission and distribution of electrical power. Electrical power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground and run overhead or exposed.……Including: rubber cable, welding cable, URD cable, XLPE insulated power calbe etc.
Bare Overhead Conductors are used in overhead transmission and distribution network applications. They are also used for un-insulated hook ups, jumpers, grounding conductors and other applications. Our Conductors conform to ASTM, IEC, BS, BS EN and DIN standards.…… Including: AAC conductor, AAAC conductor, ACSR conductor, ACAR conductor, AACSR conductor, etc.
Aerial bundled cables (also aerial bundled conductors or simply ABC) are overhead power lines using several insulated phase conductors bundled tightly together, usually with a bare neutral conductor. Our abc calbe conform to ASTM, IEC, SANS standards.……Including: abc cables, cvered line wire, service drop wire etc.
YJV cable is the full name of the copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulation PVC sheathed power cable. YJV cable is one kind of power cable, and it is also one of the most commonly used power cables.
The structure of YJV cable:
YJV cable is composed of wire core, conductor insulating layer, filling layer, shielding, steel tape armoured, sheath.
YJV wire core is used copper core, aluminum core is seldom used. The conductor insulating layer is PVC insulation; filling layer can enrich the gap between wires, at the same time, can protect the core, the material is soft nylon material; in general 15KV and above power cable has coductor shielding layer and insulating shielding layer; steel tape armour is one steel protective layer wrapped outside the wire conductor, to prevent the cable by extrusion deformation. YJV armoured cable is mainly used in buried soil; sheath layer is the most outside of the YJV cable, the material is the polyethylene, played the role of insulation protection.
Classification of YJV cable:
According to the classification of voltage, the YJV cable can be divided into:
The core of YJV cable is single core, 2 core, 3 core, 4 core, 5 core, 3 1, 4 1, 3 2.
The 3 1 represents 3 phase wires 1 ground wire, 3 2 represents the 3 phase wires with 2 ground wire, 4 1 represents the 4 phase wires 1 ground wire.
