Power cables are mainly used for power transmission and distribution purpose. It is an assembly of one or more individually insulated electrical conductors, usually held together with an overall sheath. The assembly is used for transmission and distribution of electrical power. Electrical power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground and run overhead or exposed.……Including: rubber cable, welding cable, URD cable, XLPE insulated power calbe etc.
Bare Overhead Conductors are used in overhead transmission and distribution network applications. They are also used for un-insulated hook ups, jumpers, grounding conductors and other applications. Our Conductors conform to ASTM, IEC, BS, BS EN and DIN standards.…… Including: AAC conductor, AAAC conductor, ACSR conductor, ACAR conductor, AACSR conductor, etc.
Aerial bundled cables (also aerial bundled conductors or simply ABC) are overhead power lines using several insulated phase conductors bundled tightly together, usually with a bare neutral conductor. Our abc calbe conform to ASTM, IEC, SANS standards.……Including: abc cables, cvered line wire, service drop wire etc.
Sheath cable is a single core or multi-core wire with a sheath layer, with the security of the jacket. A white PVC sheath, which is set with a few BV line. This wire is generally copper core wires, in addition to the conductor outside a layer of insulating layer, the conductor outside has a layer of protective layer.
Commonly used jacket lines are BVV, RVVB, BVVB, RVV these models
V- PVC insulation
V- PVC sheath
R- soft
Copper conductor
VV- PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable
RVV- PVC insulated PVC sheathed soft cable (also known as sheath wire)
The two kinds of the sheath line can be divided into hard sheath and soft jacket. According to the application environment and the shape of the circular jacket and flat wire, round jacket line is generally multi core, flat is generally single core.
Usage: PVC insulated and sheathed power cable is suitable for AC 50HZ, rated voltage 0.6/1KV of power supply and distribution.
PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable products standard: GB12706.2-91 – below rated voltage 35KV copper core, aluminum core plastic insulated power cables, PVC insulated power cable.
PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable characteristics:
1) the highest rated temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃.
2) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor is not more than 160℃ at the time of the short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5S).
3) the ambient temperature of laying cable should be no less than 0℃, and the minimum bending radius should be no less than 10 times of the diameter of the cable.
