Conductor
Multi strand round (non compact type and compact type) or fan-shaped conductors, 2 class conductor, according to IEC 60228, small size (maximum cross-sectional area 4mm2) cable, conductor is solid, 1 class conductor, according to the IEC 60228, BS EN60228, also can provide according to the customer demand.
insulation
XLPE insulation, thickness to follow the 60502-1 IEC, continuous working temperature of 90°C.
PVC insulation thickness, followed by 60502-1 BS, IEC 6346 PVC insulation class A, followed by 60502-1 IEC, or T11 class, followed by BS 6346.
PVC insulation can reach the level of SASO 1694, continuous working temperature is 85°C, can also be provided according to customer needs.
Cable inner sheath
2, 3, 4 core cable, non absorbent material surrounded and filled with extrusion PVC lining lead sheathed extrusion lead alloy "e" class in the sheath, follow the BS 12548 thickness according to IEC 60502-1. other thickness may also be provided in accordance with customer demand.
Armored
The outer lining of galvanized steel wire armoring, according to IEC 60502 or BS 5467, BS 6346 lined with galvanized steel armour, according to IEC 60502.
Outer sheath
Outer sheath is the extrusion PVC, ST2, PVC class, follow the 60502-1 IEC, or 9 class, follow BS 6346/5467.
Some special types of PVC, such as flame retardant PVC, ant PVC, anti rodent PVC, anti oil PVC, as well as a number of special sheath materials, such as LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LSF, CPE, can be provided according to customer needs.
